Shourya Nidhi
(Also known as Sho)
Sho has worked extensively since he was four years old. He has done a variety of work and has attended a number of theatre and film workshops. He has been a favorite on Nicolodean Channel and has done numerous modeling assignments, including MARCS Clothing in Australia and various other assignments in New Zealand and India. He has acted in a TV serial called Chetna Ki Ghadi for Sony TV in India. He also attended a dance workshop by Shaimak Dawar in India.

Sho is popular for his comedy show in Sydney. He is fond of making people laugh. He is a fan of Russell Peters and inspired by him, Sho has performed stand up comedy at Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan's Holi Mahotsav at Darling Harbour, UIA India-Australia Fair at Sydney Olympic Park and at Om Adi Shakti Ashram's Anniversary Celebrations.

Sho has scripted, directed and edited a short film, Perish, and assisted in the production of the Aussie-Bollywood film Flight to Bollywood.He has successfully completed Abhinay School's Weekend Intensive Play-Writing workshop with Alex Broun. He wrote, directed and acted in Bandhak. He recieved special awards for play-writing,directing and acting. He is also the winner of BEST ACTOR award at Indradhanush-Festival of Plays organised by Abhinay School of Performing Arts to celebrate Hindi Diwas.

Wrote, directed and acted in 'Bandhak' for 'Indradhanush- Festival of short plays organised by Abhinay School of Performing Arts on 11 September 2011.
Acted in Alex Broun's 'Cate Blanchet wants to be my friend on facebook' in Hindi at INDRADHANUSH- Festival of Hindi plays organised by Abhinay School of Performing Arts on 11 September 2011.
Was adjudged 'Best Actor' and also received another award for 'Play-writing, directing and acting' for 'The Hostage' for Indradhanush- Festival of short plays organised by Abhinay School of Performing Arts on 11 September 2011.
Successfully completed Alex Broun's weekend intensive play-writing workshop with Abhinay School of Performing Arts in July 2011. Wrote and directed 'The Hostage' at the end of the workshop.
'Quarantine' (Play) - written by Neena Badhwar, Directed by Stefo Nantsou, resident director, Sydney Theatre Company and Artistic Director Zeal Theatre . Produced by Abhinay School of Performing Arts, cast included Stefo Nantsou himself, Aishverya Nidhi and Pranam Janney in Short+Sweet, Sydney 2011. 'Quarantine' came third in 'Audience Choice' week 1.
Leviathan - Acted in 'Leviathan' (Play), The unauthorised biography of Sydney, written by John Birmingham, adaptation by resident director of Sydney Theatre Company, Stefo Nantsou is a collaborative theatre piece showcasing Sydney Theatre Company's permanent ensemble of actors including Stefo Nantsou with the artists from Abhinay School of Performing Arts and other community groups in partnership with Hurstville council and liverpool council.
Leviathan was performed at Hurstville Entertainment Centre in presence of STC's Artistic Directors Andrew Upton and Cate Blanchett on 18 and 19 September 2010, and Liverpool's Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre on 24 September 2010.
LEVIATHAN was the winner for Projects, Programs and Partnerships - category C (for Councils with over 60,000 residents) at the 2011 Local Government Cultural Awards ceremony at NSW Parliament House. Also Brendan Hartnett Award (acknowledging pivotal cultural staff within councils) was awarded to Anne-Marie Wiles, Cultural development officer, Hurstville Council.

The Fallopian Channel - Acted in Katheryn Yuan's play at Newtown Theatre in Short and Sweet-Abhinay School of Performing Arts '10 minute play readings' on 29th August 2011.
Perish - Has scripted, directed and edited a short film.
Assisted in the production of Aussie-Bollywood flick Flight to Bollywood.
Kuntiputra Karna - Played the lead role of Karna in Kuntiputra Karna at Abhiany Theatre's 2006 theatre extravaganza directed by Arvind Gaur.
Hamare Padosi - participated in month long Theatre Workshop(July-August 2006) by Abhinay Theatre and acted in Hamare Padosi, Directed by Arvind Gaur.
Comic Relief: A production-based workshop at Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) in July 2005. His tutor was Jo Turner.
Andher Nagari Choupat Raja - Directed by Vagish Kumar Singh, a production-based National School of Drama (NSD) workshop at National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), Sydney organised by NATYA in 2003.
Camera and Creative Acting at ATYP in August-September 2003. His tutor was Lucinda Amour.
Silly Olympics - Weekend workshop at NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Art) in October-November 2002.
